Job Summary

The Senior Integration and Implementation Engineer is responsible for incorporating new brands and enhancing capabilities for current clients. This position demands technical proficiency, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate intricate client interactions.

 

Essential Job Functions

• Manage client onboarding setups and lead specification walkthroughs with moderate supervision. - (35%)

• Execute test scripts and report defects using JIRA with attention to detail and technical accuracy. - (25%)

• Update project reporting documentation and participate in project meetings. - (20%)

• Conduct first events validation and provide knowledge transfer documentation to production support team. - (10%)

• Develop and review test strategies, plans, and scripts based on business and functional requirements. - (5%)

• Provide progress and metrics on test execution and defects to the project team. - (5%)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2+ years experience in client enablement or support roles, along with expertise in network configurations, SQL, and data mapping.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client enablement or support roles, including experience with network configurations, SQL, data mapping, waterfall and Agile practices, and expertise in tools like Postman, Splunk, and IBM 3270.

Work Environment

• Normal office environment.

• This position is hybrid with an onsite schedule of 3-4 days per month. In-office requirements are subject to change based on business needs. This position is currently available to candidates that reside within 60 miles of Columbus, OH, Plano, TX, Chadds Ford, PA, New York, NY, Wilmington, DE or Draper, UT.

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below):

$79,500.00 - $144,100.00

Full Salary Range for position:

California: $91,500.00 - $180,100.00

Colorado: $79,500.00 - $151,300.00

New York: $87,500.00 - $180,100.00

Washington: $83,500.00 - $165,700.00

Maryland: $83,500.00 - $158,500.00

Washington DC: $91,500.00 - $165,700.00

Illinois: $79,500.00 - $158,500.00

New Jersey: $91,500.00 - $165,700.00

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
