What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with financial institution location procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and support a professional front-desk experience while maintaining confidentiality of client and visitor information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
