CORE JOB SUMMARY
The Visiting Research Associate manages the planning and implementation of an expanded study of pathways to safety for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) in Miami-Dade County.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develops a survey/assessment tool to increase knowledge about local police departments’ responses to GBV and community-based responses that do not involve the criminal legal system
- Manages survey administration
- Oversees data analysis from survey
- Contributes to the production of evidence-based findings
- Supports dissemination phase on survey findings
