Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

The Position:

• Perform Quality Assurance manual testing of web based applications
• Working with the command line, database and web logs
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other members of the QA team 
• Support the ongoing creation and development of approaches to Quality Assurance 
• Proactively communicate status updates of issues and resolutions to key stakeholders

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Expertise in testing web client-server applications
• Experience in different testing methodologies and approaches
• Experience working with version control systems, such as Git, is preferred
• Strong experience with TestRail (or other TMS), issue tracking systems and related tools
• Experience in writing checklists and test cases
• Familiar with web applications and REST API testing
• Experience with LMS (NewRelic or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Databases confident knowledge (SQL)
• Proficient in English and Russian, spoken and written

Nice to Haves:

• Expertise with Selenium based automation frameworks
• Knowledge of Java or any other programming languages 
• Performance testing
• Understanding the health/insurance industry
