About the Role:
In this role, you’ll support a mixed caseload, primarily working with elementary-age students. Depending on caseload standards, middle and high school students may also be added. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing students’ ability to succeed in their educational environments, especially those with special needs, through the power of occupational therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students' occupational needs and strengths.
• Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with case managers to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and classroom teachers to meet students' therapy goals.
• Track and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and resources for staff and the community regarding occupational therapy.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligibility for IDFPR licensure in Illinois.
• Preferred experience in a K-12 school setting.
