Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time PTAs for dedicated, clinic-based roles in the West DFW area. This is not a float or travel position — you will work in one specific clinic chosen based on your location and preferences.

Denton – Oak St.: 2535 W. Oak St, Suite 101, Denton, TX 76201
Decatur: 901 Medical Center Dr, Suite 100, Decatur, TX 76234
Irving – Las Colinas: 6750 N. MacArthur Blvd, Suite 102, Irving, TX 75039
Grand Prairie – W. Bardin Rd: 3055 Bardin Rd, Suite 200, Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Grapevine: 2401 Ira E. Woods Ave, Suite 100, Grapevine, TX 76051
You’ll select your home clinic during the hiring process. This is a non-float, full-time role in a consistent clinic environment.
Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
Sign-on bonus: Available at select locations
Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Overview
Vista Physical Therapy’s West DFW clinics offer collaborative, modern spaces for delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic care. Services may include:
Orthopedic and sports therapy
Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Post-surgical rehabilitation

Job Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
Document care accurately in EMR systems
Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and other clinicians
Contribute to a positive, safe clinic environment
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
