Position Summary: The General Maintenance Technician II completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
Pay: $33.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
- Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
- Basic ability to perform tasks such as:
- Plumbing: completing complex repairs, installing new plumbing systems
- Full drywall installation, large-scale painting
- Leading and completing flooring projects
- Leading roofing repairs and replacements
- Managing general maintenance teams, complex repairs, and preventative maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A valid State Driver's License is required (MVR Check is Required)
- 6-12 Years of experience as a General Maintenance Technician
- Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.
- Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.
- Must possess organizational skills.
- Must be able to perform unsupervised.
