Purpose
Translate complex technical ideas into accessible, engaging materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, graphics, website updates, social media posts, newsletters). Repurpose TIE's core content into multiple formats for different customers, partners, and channels. Develop visual and written materials that support TIE's customer engagement, product/service offerings, and brand storytelling. Support regular updates of TIE's website with new content, images, pages, and designs. Develop written content such as blog posts, LinkedIn updates, product descriptions, and sales enablement materials that align with TIE's goals and brand. perform graphics design work and light video editing. This role will involve working closely with the TIE engineering, design, and business strategy teams.
Responsibilities
Updating & editing PowerPoint presentations to customize them for specific engagements with customers and partners, and for webinars.
Performing updates to the TIE website as needed. Creating supporting written and visual content to support the above functions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. At least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communications. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Proficiency with basic graphics design software (e.g., Adobe suite, Canva). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience in online marketing and communications. Project/program management experience. At least one year of experience managing content on a large website. At least one year of experience with information architecture, content creation and content strategy. At least one year of professional journalistic writing experience for digital channels.
Hourly Rate
$28.75 + depending on qualifications
Working Conditions

Work Shift
Hours per week - 20
The work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
