What you will do

The RGM Senior Analyst is responsible for supervising the daily contract management activities, including prioritizing work, reviewing contracts and private tenders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance and performance feedback to staff. You will ensure accurate implementation of contract changes and support internal and external inquiries while preparing reports for management:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize revenue growth management strategies, leveraging advanced data analytics and market insights.
  • Innovate pricing models and promotional tactics by integrating predictive analytics to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, analytical excellence, and expertise in compensation and sales analytics.
  • Design and implement dynamic reporting dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators, revenue trends, and contract management performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, accounting, legal, and other relevant departments to align revenue and contract management strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring compliance and driving sustainable growth.
  • Lead and supervise the contract management team to ensure efficient daily operations, including prioritizing tasks, assigning work, resolving issues promptly, and addressing performance through coaching and feedback.
  • Review, proofread, and provide expert recommendations on contracts and private tenders to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.
  • Implement contract modifications and private tender changes requested by customers and contract administrators, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries with clear interpretation and explanation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Support sales analytics initiatives by organizing and leading special projects, facilitating the design and implementation of analytics plans.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and departmental budget maintenance to support strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in revenue growth management, contract management, sales analytics, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and synthesize large datasets to generate actionable operational and strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Expertise in data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and business intelligence tools such as Cognos or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities to handle complex initiatives and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
