Following the recent acquisition of SupplyPike, a leading provider of invoice deduction management and prevention solutions, we’re excited to add a Talent Development Intern to our Operations team! The Operations team represents the heart and soul of SupplyPike — its people. This team works together to ensure that SupplyPike employees are receiving the 11-star experience.
The Talent Development Intern will contribute to SupplyPike's commitment to fostering a positive and supportive employee experience. As an intern in this role, you will play a key part in supporting a variety of Operations Team functions, with an emphasis on learning and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Learning & Development: Assist in the design, delivery, and tracking ofin-house learning initiatives, including workshops, peer groups, and trainingprograms
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan logistics for learning and development events,ensuring smooth execution on the day of the event
- HR Administration: Support HR operations, including maintaining training records,updating internal documentation, and assisting with requested HR tasksResearch & Innovation: Research industry best practices in employeedevelopment and propose new ideas
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing data, includinglearning participation, feedback, and other metrics to generate insightful reports
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate with relevant stakeholders toensure the seamless execution of employee development initiatives
- Special Projects: Perform special projects as needed and perform all duties asdeemed necessary for the success of the department
Location:
This is an onsite position based at the SupplyPike office located in Rogers, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, OrganizationalPsychology, Communications, or a similar field
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and open to taking on new challenges
