What you'll do:
- Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, aligning work with customer needs and business priorities.
- Conduct diagnostics and implement programming solutions to optimize building controls, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
- Manage and execute special programming projects, including daylight harvesting and sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption.
- Monitor system trends, alarms, and recalls, providing proactive responses and ensuring solution effectiveness through follow-up.
- Communicate progress and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and adapt to changing requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and adherence to company policies.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience with building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting building management systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and their integration with building controls.
- Ability to analyze data and apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers while coordinating work priorities.
