 Fabletics is looking for a Sr. Maintenance Tech.  

 
How Do You Fit In?  

As a Sr. Maintenance Tech, you’ll play a vital role in the Fulfillment Center by regularly regularly demonstrating an extensive understanding of mechanical and electrical theory. In addition, you’ll be asked to conduct intermediate equipment inspections, preventive/predictive maintenance techniques, oversee projects and lead troubleshooting situations.  

 

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you’ll provide leadership to the maintenance team, develop innovative solutions to complex problems, coordinate external contractors, and efficiently manage multiple projects while providing on-call emergency support. 

 

What you will do: (may include but is not limited to the following) 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, both electrical and mechanical 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, pulse position indicators, etc. 

  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials. 

  • Ability to develop and preform Preventive Maintenance programs 

  • Physically walk and inspects facility daily proposing upgrades and addressing corrective issues. 

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. 

  • Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. 

  • Mentor and lead technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their daily tasks and goals.  

  • Perform preventative/ predictive maintenance of conveyance equipment using the appropriate job plans, procedures, and manuals. Review daily work order priorities with the other Maintenance Techs and Managers at the beginning and end of each day 

  • Performs routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance request, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed to all common areas and equipment 

  • Track, store, and order department inventory, including spare parts 

 

What you can bring: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED preferred 

  • A valid driver’s license maybe required 

  • Available to work an assigned shift including overtime. (The building operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays) Schedule will be discussed during interview 

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude  and have the ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers 

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work functions
