Description
$150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience.
Experience with understanding and oversight of installation, design/spec reviews, quality standards, procedures and best practices in construction.
Inspection and Testing: Experience with various inspection and testing methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Soft Skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate with diverse teams, including contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Additional Considerations.
Experience leading teams of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing inspectors.
Requirements
10+ Years with Federal Contract.
BS Construction Management , BA architecture /equivalent.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
CQM.
Must be able to obtain an HSPD-12.
