Sr. QA Engineer

Dew Software is seeking a skilled Sr. QA Engineer to join our team and help drive digital transformation for our Fortune 500 clients. The Sr. QA Engineer will work on the OTA Workflow, ensuring that our clients' OTA (Over The Air) software updates are of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, with experience in automated testing tools and Agile development. Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement OTA workflow test strategies and plans
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of OTA software updates
• Conduct manual tests as needed to ensure that OTA software updates meet quality standards
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and communicate issues and risks
• Analyze and report test results, identifying areas for improvement in the OTA workflow
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Mentor junior QA engineers in best practices for OTA workflow testing and quality assurance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA methodologies, including test planning, test automation, and test reporting
• Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with OTA workflow testing, including validation of software updates over-the-air
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
