Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Truck Trailer Technician to hire immediately. This position will involve regular local travel for trailer service and maintenance to customer facilities. It may also require one week per month of after-hours/on-call work.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Evaluate and diagnose mechanical problems.
• Examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
• Travel (locally) to worksites to repair or replace damaged or worn heavy-duty equipment
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and tools.
• Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED – Required
• 2-5 years experience with heavy-duty equipment repair – Preferred
• State Certifications - Preferred
• Trailer body and Welding and Fabrication experience – Preferred
• Having hand tools
• Time management skills
• Self-starter with a great attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain a Medical DOT Card (company-paid)
• Must be able to pass a lift test
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and audiogram test
