The Clinical Veterinary Registrar - Small Animals position operates within the veterinary teaching hospital in Camden. The role encompasses first opinion primary care clinical service and clinical training of Day One skills to final year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) students at UVTHC.

In this position, you will:

• provide first opinion in primary care (small animal) services in medicine and surgery

• no after hours – enjoy a great work – life balance

• provide ‘hands-on’ clinical training to final year veterinary students to develop ‘Day One’ skills including and first opinion consults and treatments

• support DVM students and nursing staff in decision making, and case management

• informal and formal presentations of small animal related topics at the hospital

• participate actively in development of wide range of skills and dissemination of knowledge through attendance at journal club and hospital rounds.

About you
