Our Analytics Innovation Practice is an analytics technology group that is focused on developing a suite of advanced analytics solutions and supporting business strategy to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

As a Manager, AI, you will play a critical role in leading teams through project analyses, formulating and delivering recommendations, and building relationships clients. 

Responsibilities:

To meet the increasing need to deliver tangible AI assets as part of large corporate engagements, Altman Solon is looking for a leader responsible for ensuring end-to-end delivery of high-quality AI projects to clients within time and budget requirements.  Outside of these major engagements, this role is expected to take a full part in Altman Solon’s other client engagements both transactional and corporate. Responsibilities include: 

• Leveraging problem-solving skills to generate original frameworks synthesizing client business problems into logical models and components
• Remaining flexible and adaptable when goals or deadlines shift and when technical complexities are discovered
• Working with stakeholders to manage the execution of projects, including optimizing solutions, assuming a primary point of contact role, and leading junior staff in designing analytical models
• Defining analytic and technical design as well as deliverable components of corporate strategy engagements
• Ensuring alignment with, and managing, internal and external stakeholders relative to overall business objectives and throughout the engagement
• Providing functional and technical governance throughout the end-to-end process of the technical delivery
• Defining organizational capability requirements for a large engagement and managing the closure of any gaps using internal, partnership, and external resources
• Maximizing the use of Altman Solon’s existing models, platforms, and tools to ensure incremental IP capabilities are captured and fed back into Altman Solon’s knowledge relationships
• Contributing to global AI growth through recruitment, process, and best practice
• Developing client-specific knowledge while supporting business development efforts

 

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience, minimum of 5 years in consulting, strategy consulting strongly preferred
• Masters degree in a related field
• TMT experience is strongly preferred, ideally with a focus on Mobile or Fixed-line operators
• Experience working within a global organization and experience in leveraging a global staffing model
• Proven track record as a solution architect
• Exposure to Geospatial Analytics and tools include ArcGIS, QGIS, Tableau, Python, SQL
• Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML environments such as DataBricks 
• Exposure to industry-standard architectural frameworks such as TOGAF

Compensation: $215,000 + bonus

Our offices utilize a hybrid work model and this role will be expected to be in the office on a regular basis.
