The Opportunity:
CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, soft ware integration, soft ware development ,system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.

Responsibilities:
This position is for a Soft ware Engineer to support mission critical application and web service development in support of an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solution at an Enterprise scale. Technical responsibilities include support for software design, development, integration, test, and operational maintenance. Development may include acquisition of attributes from authoritative sources, integration with a COTS LDAP or Virtual Directory, and/or implementing Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) Web Services and tools.

-Experience with/Knowledge of:
o Experience with Nifi
o Java/JEE programming building robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
o Developing and hosting soft ware on Linux(CentOS/RedHat) platforms
o Commercial middleware platforms/Application Servers (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic)
o Implementing and/or integrating with API and Web Services (SOAP and REST)
o LDAP protocol, directories, and replication
o PKI encryption and authentication
o Relational databases and programming via JDBC
o Version Control (GIT, SVN, CVS or similar)
o Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
o Docker Containers
-Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
-Ability to capture technical documentation using Confluence and Wiki pages.

Qualifications:
-TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
-Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a fi eld related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required.

8+ years of soft ware engineering experience is required.

3+ years’ work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required.

4+ years of soft ware engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of 12 years.
