- Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics strategies across the Central Fill Pharmacy Network.
- Build solutions focused on operational performance, forecasting, and optimization.
- Partner with engineering, and operations teams, to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Develop predictive models, simulation tools, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Improve fulfillment accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency through advanced analytics.
- Enable proactive decision-making through predictive insights.
- Support strategic expansion of the Central Fill Network.
- Drive innovation in patient care and operational excellence.
About the team:
The Central Fill Pharmacy Network team is a cross-functional group of experts in engineering, operations, analytics, automation and innovation. Together, we design and operate high-throughput pharmacy fulfillment centers that serve millions of patients across the country. Our mission is to deliver medications safely, quickly, and cost-effectively—leveraging automation, data, and innovation to transform the future of pharmacy care. The team thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation and a shared commitment to improving health outcomes at scale.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or operations research, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, AI, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for using data to improve operational excellence and strategic decisions
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Certification in data science or analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate).
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA, and pharmacy-related data compliance standards.
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
