Job Summary

***This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to downtown Chicago, IL.***

Responsible for designing, developing and presenting new client custom websites, maintaining and enhancing existing digital sites, user acceptance testing (UAT), internal asset review facilitation, federal/state filing submission and provide account support for a few smaller clients.

This position is responsible for supporting marketing strategy and execution by gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, financial, and operating data; assisting in report preparation and presentation of research findings, creation and maintenance of project management documentation and serving as a subject matter expert for internal audiences.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree and two years of experience marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or health care industry OR five years of experience in marketing, research, project management, strategic planning, or health care industry.

• Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.

• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends.

• Experience developing reports and modeling.

• Analytical and information synthesis skills.

• Knowledge of databases.

• Knowledge of statistical methodology and tools.

• Experience interpreting business and financial information.

• Verbal and written communication and organization skills.

• PC proficiency to include MS Office products

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advance user of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience

• Basic knowledge of web page search engine optimization

• Basic understanding of HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language)

• Proven strategic thinking and execution

• Ability to drive decisions, create optionality and determine impacts of options
