JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

University Health Services seeks to hire a part-time Accounting Assistant, commencing as soon as possible.

Position responsibilities to include answering customer calls, recording of cash receipts, creating daily cash reports, updating customer accounts, and other tasks as assigned. Four hours daily with flexibility in those hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. up to a maximum of 24 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.

Competencies include but are not limited to: Attention to detail and accuracy, competent in Excel, time management, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. Prefer prior experience working in a medical office.
