Contribute to Sony Hungary’s Field Sales business development with focus accounts by improving activity implementation quality, thus delivering targeted business KPIs. Build strong relationship with internal and key accounts’ stakeholders to support and achieve annual plans. End-to-end approach on offline business priorities in close collaboration with Consumer Marketing Manager and Sales Team.

You will:

• The Field Sales Agent is responsible for the placement and presentation of SONY products in stores within their designated region, in accordance with current agreements.
• Conducts product training sessions for promoters and shop assistants, manages the work of promoters in the assigned stores. Prepares promoters' schedules based on business needs and available stock.
• Regularly visits stores in the designated cities (Budapest and Eastern Hungary) to check stock information and placements.
• Makes ordering suggestions to replenish missing products, collecting this information regularly from stores.
• Prepares weekly sales reports and actively monitors In House Share (IHS) values of the assigned stores, supporting the proper sales ratio of the company’s products and active brand presence through their work.
• Oversees the placement of POS materials in stores and actively participates in the preparation of new product launches (in collaboration with an external agency) under the guidance of the Consumer Marketing Manager.
• Establishes good relationships with store employees through effective communication, facilitating smooth cooperation between companies. Strengthens the recognition and reputation of the SONY brand.
• Regularly completes the appropriate SONY reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitors and analyzes competitors’ promotions and placements, making independent suggestions for the most effective execution of SONY promotions.
• Market and Product Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product features. FSA needs to be expert in Sony’s products to answer questions and address promoters/customer needs effectively.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience, troubleshoot issues, and share relevant feedback.
• Traveling and Territory Management: Since FSA covers large geographic areas (East Hungary & Budapest), managing a territory and scheduling regular travel to meet Retailers and promoters in person is part of the job.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving KPI targets (IHS).

You will bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Higher education degree.
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel).
• Good communication skills.
• Goal and result-oriented mindset.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the English language Personality with drive heart and mind
