Position Requirements

  • Support clinician onsite onboarding including site badge and EMR training, collaborating with the Privileging and Onboarding team
  • Support local, leased and 1099 clinician renewal processes
  • Support clinician offboarding processes
  • Support new site implementations and de-implementations
  • Serve as the learning admin for clinicians, managing course assignments and following up, as needed, to ensure completion of requirements
  • Support the clinician CME process
  • Provide support, as needed, to operational and clinical leadership
  • Support organizational policies, objectives and initiatives
  • Improve the clinician experience by fostering a positive working relationship between your team and functional COEs, clinicians and clients
  • Communicate in a timely and professional manner
  • Be highly detail-oriented, well organized and efficient
  • Work with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
  • Follow up with clinicians, as needed, to ensure issues are resolved
  • Partner with site leadership and colleagues in other departments to develop a culture of collaborative teamwork, problem solving, positive communications and engagement
