About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Legal Operations Processor to join the Elder Financial Abuse team in the Deposit and Legal Services department as part of Global Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role you will:

  • Seek ways to improve customer service experience and determine proper course of action based on customer needs
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasks
  • Provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirement

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Legal Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial crime and/or fraud management experience
  • Experience taking inbound calls and making work-related outbound phone calls
  • Ability to identify potential operational issues and legal risks
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents
  • Experience with Wells Fargo systems such as Columbia, SVP (Store Vision Platform), and Hogan
  • Experience training and less experienced staff and new hires on process and procedures
  • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
  • Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues
  • Experience with Quality Assurance
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

    Job Expectations:

    Schedule:

    • Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm MST

    • Schedule subject to change based on business needs
    • Overtime is based on business need and volume of the department, could be required

    Training:

    • You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
    • Training will be for 2-4 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (MST).  You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 2-4 weeks of training. Training schedule subject to change based on business needs.
    • Your regular work schedule will be based on business need and may include working weekend days and some holidays.
    • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
    • No relocation
    • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
