Job Description
We’re seeking a results-driven business leader to own and develop client relationships with a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence. As an Account Director, you’ll be responsible for driving the business strategy for our clients while working directly with creative, production, brand educator, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels, including content production, live and virtual events, brand campaigns, brand education, and field marketing programs. In addition to working with existing clients, this role will have a strong emphasis on helping the agency grow through organic and new business development.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships. Understand client goals and translate them into actionable, integrated strategies.
- Business Development: Deliver growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing client accounts and helping develop net new client opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth and long-term client retention by actively managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, production, and education teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure campaigns stay on track and exceed client expectations.
- Brand Stewardship: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every campaign and touchpoint reflects the client’s vision and values while driving results.
- Insights & Reporting: Contribute to insights derived from data and analytics to provide actionable recommendations and optimized campaigns for better performance and greater impact. Regularly report on results to clients and internal teams.
- Mentorship & Growth: Use your experience and expertise to guide junior team members and Enthuse Foundation participants while creating a collaborative, creative environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-12 years of relevant Marketing experience, agency experience highly recommended
- Ability to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive both immediate results and long-term brand growth
- Proven track record in leading and growing client accounts, managing teams, and overseeing the successful execution of complex campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a keen ability to tackle challenges creatively
- Comfortable collaborating across teams, sharing insights, and driving a unified approach to brand relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards
- Experience with live event production, field marketing programs, and brand education content a plus

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between between $135,000.00-$175,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location.
