Project Overview
Addressing thermal challenges is crucial for operation of modern electronics. Our thermal research team is developing various technologies that support thermal management of high-performance electronic equipment.
We invite to join us in developing high performance thermal management equipment. This is an open thesis position and thus the exact project scope is not defined. The selected student will work closely with our thermal research and engineering teams to refine their project proposal, ensuring that it effectively leverages their skills and expertise.
Your Profile
- Master student with strong foundation in thermodynamics and heat transfer;
- possesses strong skills in numerical modeling or experimental techniques, or both;
- Experience working with relevant tools.
