Quality Assurance Engineer II

Alert Innovation, now powered by Walmart, is a fast-growing venture on a mission to reinvent retail through robotics. We’ve partnered with Walmart to develop our Alphabot® technology, which is currently being deployed at stores throughout North America.

We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to assist with Alert’s QMS, support documentation control, nonconforming material processes, and work with cross-functional teams through the corrective action process.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:

• Support and Monitor Quality Assurance Process Effectiveness and drive continuous improvement within
• Direct Nonconforming Material events to the proper SMEs, stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify and implement corrective actions
• Monitor status of NCRs and assist in swift and effective closure
• Lead Material Review Board meetings and disposition decisions
• Support Quality Assurance training programs
• Support Documentation Control with changes related to Quality Events

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience with Quality Management Systems
• Experience working within ISO-9001, or similar quality system regulation
• Strong interest in learning new systems and technologies.
• Experience working with: Documentation Control and Employee Training Programs.
• Experience with Engineering Change Controls and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
• B.S. in Engineering, or similar
