Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

In this position, the Sales Operations Specialist will support our U.S. sales teams. This position will be responsible for performing deal modeling and assisting with ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring our sales teams have accurate and timely data. Additionally, this position will assist with sales territory management, contribute to the development of commission plans and prepare regularly scheduled reports. 

Duties & Responsibility

• Calculate deal sheets for new agreements, amendments and renewals;
• Fulfill requests from the sales teams for ad-hoc reporting requests;
• Assist in updating and validating changes in sales territory mapping;
• Own weekly/quarterly sales reporting (data audits, installations, bookings, etc.);
• Contribute to the development of commission plans and setting sales quotas;
• Provide new hire training to the sales team for PowerBI reports and analytics tools;
• Tackle problems of moderate scope where data analysis is needed;
• Execute within defined policies, procedures and practices;
• Perform other duties as requested.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and flexible work environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a Sales Operations role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years working in a Sales Operations role.                                               
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required, BA or BS (Business degree preferred) 

Compensation Details: Base Salary Range: $67,000 - $78,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking.  Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.  May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.  Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
