Remote Onboarding Facilitator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Facilitator for a temporary contract position to manage our employee onboarding process remotely. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey, ensuring smooth document processing, timely communications, and a positive first impression of our organization.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in HR administration, onboarding, or similar coordination roleProven ability to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in document processingProficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or Google WorkspaceExperience with email management and professional correspondenceAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience with remote onboarding processes and virtual collaboration toolsKnowledge of employment law and I-9 compliance requirementsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding platformsPrevious experience in a contract or temporary HR roleSHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certificationContract Details
