WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Customer Care Specialist at Fortuna BMC, you'll play a crucial role in our State Disbursement Unit for Child Support Services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to callers, including Parent Paying Support (PPS), Person Receiving Support (PRS), and Employers.
• Assisting callers with understanding payment options and registration processes for electronic payments.
• Handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Adhering to the dress code policy and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Working on-site Monday to Friday during business hours, with shifts ranging from 5:50am to 6pm depending on unit needs.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations of the help desk.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with office software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to child support services.
