Position Specific Description

The Information Technology (IT) Business Unit is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who is highly skilled in supporting projects during their lifecycle, standardizing processes, and supporting governance initiatives to contribute to the IT Quality Program. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for developing templates, guidelines, and best practices, as well as tracking project statuses and conducting data analysis. Strong analytical skills and the ability to enhance communication and documentation processes are key to success in this role. You will support the Quality Program Manager by ensuring project synchronization and facilitating effective decision-making. This individual will utilize data analytics and lean methodologies to objectively identify improvements that align with the strategic initiatives critical to the success of the Quality Hub.
 
Quality Hub Development:
•    Assist in establishing the IT Quality Hub structure and operating model.
•    Develop and implement standardized templates, guidelines, and best practices for project management.
•    Support the creation and maintenance of a master tracker for project inventory and status updates.
  
Governance and Oversight:
•    Ensure adherence to governance protocols and frameworks within the Quality Hub.
•    Identify conflicts, overlaps, and opportunities for synchronization among projects.

 

Project Tracking and Analysis:
•    Track the status of various projects.
•    Conduct data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making.
•    Prepare reports and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Communication and Documentation:
•    Enhance communication and documentation processes across the Quality Hub.
•    Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
 

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge and practical experience with PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 4+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
