Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate for our expanding operation. This is a direct hire, full-time position with Monday - Friday hours.

In this role, you will be a valuable part of our fulfillment team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack our orders
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
• Examine products to verify it meets our quality standards
• Utilizing scanners to read bar codes on products
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Work cooperatively with the fulfillment team to meet quotas and goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Reliable and punctual
• 2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse setting, preferred
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Critical Thinking
• Problem Solving 

Expected Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
