Floor Coverings International of Foxboro is seeking a hardwood flooring specialist who can both sell and manage projects with confidence. This is not a generic sales role — we want someone who understands hardwood flooring inside and out, can guide homeowners through their options, and ensure flawless project execution from start to finish. While hardwood will be your specialty, you’ll also work with luxury vinyl plank, laminate, carpet, and tile installations.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, present flooring options across hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, carpet, and tile, and confidently close sales.
  
  
• Manage projects from start to finish: subfloor prep, installation scheduling, installer coordination, and quality checks.
  
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a 5-star experience.
  
  
• Collaborate with installers and office staff to deliver projects smoothly.
  
  
• Build lasting relationships with customers and local referral partners.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven knowledge of hardwood flooring (installation, refinishing, or project management), with familiarity in other flooring categories (LVP, laminate, carpet, or tile).
  
  
• 3–5+ years of experience in flooring, construction, or related sales.
  
  
• Strong in-home sales ability — leveraging expertise, not high-pressure tactics.
  
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Driven, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering top-quality results.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected earnings: $60,000–$80,000+ annually (top performers exceed $100,000).
  
  
• Base salary plus commissions.
