Job Summary
As a Licensed Therapist you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient patient care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic evaluations and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of evidence-based treatment interventions and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, marital, and group psychotherapies.
In this role, you will engage with clients, conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, and construct individualized therapy plans to effectively address their unique challenges. Your caseload may encompass individuals grappling with substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, or eating disorders, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of patient profiles and conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapies, following Company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Timely complete medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
- Review patient records, assess mental health status, and develop care plans.
- Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and provide relevant education.
- Make referrals to other health professionals and community agencies as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Attend continuing education courses to stay updated on knowledge.
- Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in counseling processes and treatment modalities.
- Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
- Maintain and update professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops.

Additional Details:
Full-time, 1099 independent contractor or W2 employee positions available for licensed providers
All pay is commissions-based compensation based on billable services.
Please note: We do not offer salaried positions.
Full benefits package available for W2 providers billing an average of 24+ client hours/week.
RequirementsEducation:
- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Licensures/Certifications:
- Licensed as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with Licensing Board.
- Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
Strongly Preferred:
- Specialized training in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.
- Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, children under the age of 13, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.
