Senior Business Analyst

Our UniQue Team is growing and in our amazing team, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us. You will be working on a number of exciting projects in a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Analysis of the IT functional and non-functional requirements, make sense of the available information and ensures that the project team understands all the details they require. This is to be done according to the applicable methodology and toolset to be used;
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ensure that their concerns, requirements, and contribution are included in the requirements specification document;
• Provide input on low level detail design issues and patterns;
• Conduct business risk analysis;
• Update traceability matrices;
• Analyse & define specifications linked to the integration with other applications and/or technological components;
• Work in collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to design models in a modelling tool based on predefined requirements;
• Validate user acceptance testing plans;
• Create documentation regarding the project’s deliverables;
• Assist with training the administrators and users of the Systems.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements;
• Strong experience in the use of modelling and design tools in Business or IT projects (ARIS, EA, etc.);
• Experience in UML;
• Practical knowledge in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN);
• Working experience with Software development methods such as SCRUM, RAD, RUP, Software Prototyping;
• Relevant qualifications in the area of project management or business analysis and/or business process analysis and modelling (e.g. Object Management Group (OMG) Certified Expert in BPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA) will be considered as an asset;
• Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions and use of model-based representations to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business;
• Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the technical training, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting;
• Provide training/coaching on analysis techniques;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Capacity in writing documents;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal);
• Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment;
• Willingness to travel and work abroad;
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
