Clinical Research Registered Nurse

CentraCare is seeking a Clinical Research RN to join our team. This role shares unit responsibility for leadership, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Shares responsibility for general supervision and coordination of clinical studies. Maintains compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements. You will provide patient and family centered care through The Compass: St. Cloud Hospital's Nursing Professional Practice Model to achieve the hospital mission of improving health and quality of life. You will maintain professional competencies by attending educational programs, participate in professional organization, subscribe to the reading of professional journals and other appropriate activities.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $40.33 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Pay range:  $40.33- $60.50 per hour

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing required, a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in nursing must be obtained within three years from date of hire.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred
• National certification in a nursing specialty preferred.
