The division cultivates a culture of innovation and entrepreneurialism, reflecting the spirit of our clientele. The BC&P Operations team seeks a meticulous and creative BC&P Learning and Development Associate. 

This position is critical in ensuring our associates are equipped for success through world-class training and accessible knowledge resources. This role will manage internal knowledge repositories and support the design and delivery of learning programs to optimize operational effectiveness. Collaboration with key stakeholders and active involvement in process enhancements are essential responsibilities.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Content Development and Administration: Create, update, and maintain essential internal job aids and knowledge articles for operational teams.

• Instructional Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of engaging training content, job aids, and other instructional materials to support associate learning and performance.

• Presentation and Training Support: Develop and prepare compelling presentations and decks to support the Learning and Development team's initiatives and training programs.

• Learning Project Coordination: Provide comprehensive project coordination for key learning and development initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered successfully.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content and training materials adhere to established standards for tone, voice, and process.

• Accuracy Verification: Conduct thorough reviews of knowledge articles and training content, engaging with subject matter experts for validation.

• Lifecycle Management: Retire outdated content and identify opportunities for the creation of new resources to address knowledge and skill gaps.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams to support strategic initiatives and maintain alignment between knowledge content and training goals.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to innovation and continuous enhancement of both content management and learning development functions.
   

Work from Home Technology Requirements:

• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

• A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot 

  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP) 

  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

  • To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page

• Both Hardwire and WiFI internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
