Job OverviewT-Mobile is seeking a strategic and technically fluent Media Enablement Manager – Data & Signals to lead the development of data and signal usage supporting reporting, insights, and activation across paid media.
This role is at the heart of how media teams access, use, and scale data to inform decision-making. You will drive the end-to-end enablement of signal frameworks and reporting capabilities in partnership with engineering, analytics, and media strategy teams. From architecting robust data flows to improving how teams interpret and apply insights, your work will improve how media performance is tracked, optimized, and actioned across the business.

*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. The role requires working in a hybrid environment at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting Enablement & Infrastructure
- Partner with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable reporting pipelines and measurement frameworks that power media dashboards, performance scorecards, and executive insights.
- Own documentation, taxonomies, and data definitions to ensure consistent, reliable reporting across media channels.
- Signal Strategy & Execution
- Define and evolve T-Mobile’s signal enablement roadmap, including first-party and modeled signals used for optimization, targeting, and measurement.
- Translate signal needs into clear technical requirements, and drive delivery through collaboration with product, engineering, and IT teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a central program lead aligning Media Strategy, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams on shared goals and landmark delivery.
- Facilitate workstream planning, sprint execution, and cross-team access to ensure delivery of roadmap initiatives on time and on spec.
- Operational Maturity & Governance
- Develop and maintain clear governance models for media data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of reporting and signal systems.
- Establish protocols for operationalizing data in media workflows, including training, QA processes, and team member support.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or Related Field (Required)
- 5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics enablement, or technical program management.
- Experience partnering with analytics and engineering teams to deliver reporting and measurement infrastructure.
- Familiarity with digital media data sources (e.g., ad servers, CDPs, attribution tools) and how signals are activated across channels.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong documentation, team member communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks and project collaboration tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Background in AdTech, MarTech, or media technology platforms (e.g., CDP/DMP, MMPs, clean rooms).
- Experience building or maintaining scalable BI and reporting environments (e.g., Looker, Tableau, BigQuery).
- Understanding of audience segmentation, taxonomy development, and media optimization use cases.
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
