Retail Studio Supervisor (SoHo Based)

Micromobility.com is looking for a customer-focused Studio Supervisor to join our growing storefront team. As a Studio Shift lead, this will be a supervisory role within our team that will drive sales, service, and operations through respectful, collaborative, agile, determined, and driven interactions with clients and team members.
To be successful in this role, you should be enthusiastic & highly personable with the utmost attention to the needs of customers. You will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team in a rapidly growing micromobility industry.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in absence of the Retail Store Manager and lead by example.
• Be an advocate for your team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training.
• Lead our daily safety procedures. Be determined to create a safe, healthy environment for our employees and customers.
• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate micromobility solutions based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and operation of our products
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the performance and functionality of our devices
• Become a subject matter expert in all areas related to Electric Vehicles (EVs) and the competitive landscape
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 2+ years’ experience in retail, direct customer sales and service or hospitality preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and assist customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Advanced knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings and holidays per the retail store schedule
