We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor US to join our busy and growing manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be engaged in elevating the department and company to the next level. The incumbent will be forward looking and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.

General Accountability:
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager US, the Production Supervisor US is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations in the assigned assembly department(s) to ensure that safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets are consistently met. This role provides direct leadership to production employees, coordinates resources, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality management systems. The Production Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who develops employees, solves operational challenges, and creates a high-performance team environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
