This role focuses on preparing accurate, code-compliant plans and construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, while collaborating closely with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality site layouts, grading and drainage solutions, utility plans, and access improvements.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare preliminary layouts, detailed design drawings, and construction documents for civil site design projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.</li> <li>Develop and coordinate site plans, grading and drainage plans, utility plans, erosion control plans, storm and sewer profiles, and related drawing packages.</li> <li>Design grading and drainage systems that shape land elevations to direct stormwater safely to inlets, detention, or retention facilities and protect sites from flooding.</li> <li>Support access and circulation design for roadways, drive aisles, parking lots, sidewalks, and pedestrian connections to promote safe and efficient vehicle and foot traffic.</li> <li>Assist with building orientation and site layout to support project goals such as functionality, visibility, sunlight exposure, and overall site efficiency.</li> <li>Map and coordinate utility connections for water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas, and electric service in accordance with project requirements and agency standards.</li> <li>Help ensure plans comply with zoning regulations, local development codes, permitting requirements, and environmental standards.</li> <li>Perform earthwork analysis, quantity takeoffs, and cut/fill calculations based on existing and proposed topography.</li> <li>Review drawings for accuracy, co
