Job Description
As an Associate Director of Resource Management, you will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and stewardship of resource allocation across agency departments and clients. In a dynamically changing business environment, it is critical to look forward as well as get real-time insight into project resourcing requirements, risks, and solutions. The resource management function is expected to improve resource planning to avoid project delays, lost revenue, low productivity, higher costs, and increased employee turnover. You will need to quickly adapt to changing priorities and opportunities to ultimately accelerate business growth.

Candidate essential duties and responsibilities would include:
- Lead the management of agency resources with neutrality, confidentiality, and discretion via the following:
- Resource requests/Project In-take
- Data report-outs; burn, allocation risks, historical assignment grids
- Allocation heat mapping
- Scope of work vs Resourcing – real-time review of variance and impact
- Facilitate department leads’ ability to visualize their own resources for casting
- Provide leadership, mentorship, guidance to ensure Resource Management direct reports successfully achieve department and Agency goals and objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor with important connectivity to C-level and Client Operations Group
- Partner with department leads to ensure casting and specialization remain a priority
- Ensure resource data is complete, current, and accessible
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and communicate consistently and concisely
- Become familiar with client contracts and financial models
- Recommend, create, define, and implement process improvements for the Resource Management function
- Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities

- College degree preferred.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years experience in resource management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships, following through on commitments, and attention to detail
- General familiarity with end-to-end advertising campaign development and production process, and associated resource requirements
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation a
