Job Description

The Compliance Learning Data Analytics Manager is responsible for utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to support compliance training initiatives, enhancing decision-making processes, and providing valuable insights for strategic compliance-related initiatives.

Your role:

  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to evaluate compliance training programs, ensuring alignment with learning goals and improving decision-making processes.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive custom reports and dynamic dashboards that monitor training outcomes and compliance adherence, providing strategic insights for initiatives.

  • Assist in configuring and managing learning management systems to ensure data quality and accurate reporting for informed decision-making.

  • Conduct trend analysis to identify improvement areas in compliance training and offer actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize compliance training strategies and processes, using data-driven approaches to enhance program effectiveness.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of data analytics experience.

  • Your skills include data analytics, data analysis tools, and/or learning management systems.

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, data analytics, data science, data engineering, business analytics or equivalent.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re a compliance-focused professional passionate about facilitating learning in the workplace.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $87,000 to $139,200

The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $91,350 to $146,160

The pay range for this position in California and Massachusetts is $97,440 to $155,904

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
