Salary Range:
$100,000-$130,000 for US-based candidates

€48.000 - €58.000 for Italy or Southern Europe

Beefree is looking for a driven and motivated Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team.

The role:
As the sole Senior Email Marketing Manager, you'll conjure up email marketing magic, driving Beefree's strategy to new heights. You'll own our email marketing program, casting spells that engage and convert across the customer lifecycle. This is a role for a builder, someone excited to apply their strategic insight and technical prowess to elevate our existing programs. Reporting directly to Luca Penati, our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital communications.

Your adventures include:

• Creating enchanting email marketing programs to delight users and drive significant impact through targeted campaigns and newsletters.
• Managing onboarding, transactional, and other lifecycle emails to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience from start to finish.
• Collaborating closely with our product, growth, design, and content teams to craft targeted, personalized email campaigns and newsletters.
• Leading our email marketing optimization efforts, conducting experiments to enhance deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
• Upholding data hygiene and ensuring our marketing efforts are compliant and effective, maintaining our reputation as trusted senders.
• Managing our marketing automation technology to deliver top-tier email marketing experiences.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating across teams to enhance campaign and channel results.

• You're versed in the world of B2B SaaS and thrive on seeing the little guys win on the digital stage.
• You're keen on creating engaging, innovative email marketing experiences that captivate and convert.
• You have a proven track record in managing high-volume, data-driven email marketing and automation programs.
• You're comfortable with all aspects of email marketing—from strategy and campaign building to enhancing the technical infrastructure of our tools.
• You're proficient with marketing automation software (we currently use ActiveCampaign, MailUp, and HubSpot) and Beefree, the best email creation tool.
