The Main Responsibilities

The role supports Lumen's Cybersecurity organization and will interact with our Threat Research and Operations team - Black Lotus Labs. As an intern, your work will surround extending Black Lotus Lab's ability to help find threats on the Internet leveraging our large source of network data. The focus on the internship will be around helping write code that identify vulnerable services or other types of similar infrastructure within our data sets and threats that may be abusing them. The first part of the internship will consist of getting to know the team, the environment, and selecting a protocol/service, the second part will be code implementation and execution.
