Core Ops Associate Sr - Invest Ops

As a Core Operations Shareholder Reporting Senior Associate, you’re responsible for producing accurate and timely quarterly, semi-annual and annual shareholder reports for each of the funds. These reports contain important information about each fund such as: securities owned, financial statements, class-level financial highlights and other related disclosures. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to coordinate fund audits.  You’ll also establish and administer the funds’ accounting policies and ensure their consistency with U.S. GAAP.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a relevant field of study.
• You have a foundational knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and post trade operations.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn various operations related systems.
• You are effective at communicating with key stakeholders with varying levels of experience.
• You thrive in team settings. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others and proactively share your perspective.
• You are highly detail oriented with demonstrated accuracy in a deadline driven environment.
• You bring exceptional quality and attention to detail to work deliverables
• You’re available and open to work overtime as needed.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $68,024-$108,838

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
