Group Class Instructor - Fit Societe - Evening Classes

Are you a high-energy fitness enthusiast looking to inspire others? 

Fit Societe is seeking a dynamic and motivated Performance Coach to lead group fitness classes at our Kearny Mesa location, Monday through Thursday evenings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to create a fun and challenging workout experience that will motivate our members to prioritize their fitness goals.

Fit Societe is the fitness brand of Rehab United Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy, Inc. – a private PT practice offering outpatient therapy services across 8 locations in San Diego County.

What You'll Do:

• Ignite the Fire: Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals through programming and instructing our evening group classes.
• Be the Expert: Share your in-depth knowledge of performance training and nutrition to optimize results.
• Build a Community: Foster a supportive and competitive atmosphere among our members.
• Be the Face of Fit Societe: Answer member inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming and clean gym environment.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Fit Societe with passion and enthusiasm.

Ideal Candidate:

• Available 4:30pm – 7:30pm, Mon. – Thurs (Two 60-min classes)
• Proven track record in performance coaching.
• Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to create challenging and engaging workouts.

What You'll Bring:

• A related degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a similar field.
• A deep knowledge of diverse exercise techniques and fitness principles.
• An infectious energy and ability to motivate others.
• A strong sales and customer service orientation.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe gym environment.
• A CPR certification (or be willing to obtain shortly after hire).

Preferred Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in the fitness industry
• An accredited fitness certification
