<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">GAQ326R237</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1648">While candidates in the listed location(s) are encouraged for this role, candidates in other locations will be considered.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1800">Databricks is seeking a Director to join our Corporate FP&amp;A team. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate FP&amp;A, this highly visible and impactful role that will be responsible for leading all core financial planning processes, including long range and annual planning processes. The Director will also support capital raising efforts in partnership with Finance leadership, and lead ad hoc projects and scenario planning to inform key business decisions.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2006"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">The impact you will have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own all long and short term planning processes, including:</li> <ul> <li>Define, implement, and scale best in class planning processes</li> <li>Drive accountability across stakeholders through clearly defined roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables</li> <li>Develop and maintain driver based financial models to optimize resource allocation and support strategic planning</li> <li>Prepare executive ready materials, including financial models, scenario analyses, and presentations</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with Finance leadership to support capital raising efforts, collaborating cross functionally with FP&amp;A, Investor Relations, and Treasury</li> <li>Drive the development of Executive and Board reporting materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial insights and clear storytelling</li> <li>Recommend annual and quarterly guidance strategies for Board and Investor communications</li> <li>Drive a clear vision for best in class Corporate FP&amp;A processes to ensure IPO readiness</li> <li>Lead ad hoc analyses and strategic projects to support senior Finance leaders, including Investor Relations</li> <li>Identify and drive process and system optimization initiatives, including opportunities for automation</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2367"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What we look for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li> <li>10+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking; experience in the software or SaaS industry is a plus</li> <li>Experience leading long range and annual planning processes at scale</li> <li>Proven track record of financial leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li> <li>Posse
