<h2>Short Description</h2> <p>Billing Senior Specialist with Italian</p> <p>As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service to the Client. </p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Level of languages: min B2 of English, min B2 of Italian</li> <li>Previous experience in Billing / Finance field</li> <li>Good analytical and communication skills</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach</li> <li>Computer literate: MS Office, Outlook, Excel</li> <li>Understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work</li> <li>Team player attitude</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Manage the Billing or any STC process</li> <li>Manage team and drive them to achieve the CSLs and targets</li> <li>To monitor team, their performance and motivate them for achieving team goals</li> <li>Set challenging targets to the team members and train them on the process</li> <li>Liase with clients through daily, weekly, monthly calls</li> <li>Maintain accuracy of the team</li> <li>Handle emails / requests and escalations from the clients.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
