We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product and Services Management to lead the development of innovative Software Assurance products and services that balance technological advancements with robust privacy, security, governance, and ethical considerations. As a seasoned product leader, you will leverage your expertise in navigating complex risk landscapes across emerging technologies to drive the creation of scalable, robust, and technical sound solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including assurance, engineering, security and senior leadership, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services that meet potential regulatory requirements while pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Product and Services Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product and services roadmap that incorporates cutting-edge technologies, such as machine learning, data analytics, and novel assurance approaches while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. 

2. Team Leadership: Build a small team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the successful development and launch of products and services that meet customer needs and organizational goals. 

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with engineering, security, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, prioritize requirements, and drive product delivery. 

4. Privacy Governance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement products that prioritize user privacy, transparency, and accountability, adhering to relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards. 

5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with emerging technologies, working closely with security, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure the development of secure and responsible products and services. 

6. Innovation and R&D: Stay abreast of technological advancements and market trends, exploring opportunities for innovation and experimentation while balancing business objectives with ethical considerations. 

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products and services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, collaborating with internal and external teams to develop and implement compliant solutions that balance innovation with risk management. 

Requirements 

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Security or related field, or relevant experience. 

2. Experience: 10+ years of product management, services management, or a related leadership role experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the technology sector. 

3. Expertise
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, data analytics and privacy technologies and approaches. 
- Deep knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards. 
- Experience navigating complex risk landscapes across emerging technologies. 

4. Skills
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
- Ability to balance technical, business, and regulatory considerations. 
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.). 

Nice to Have 

1. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP, IAPP, CISSP, etc. 

2. Industry expertise: Familiarity with specific the software industry, especially wide-scale deployed applications across diverse environments.
